  • PowerPoint presentation of the findings for the management team.
  • All internal and external areas of the airport analysed, including roads into the airport, parking areas, terminal pre-security and post-security. All aspects of the wayfinding process.

Cardiff Airport provide a dedicated Special Assistance desk and facilities

Efforts have been made to include branding and the development of a strong narrative in the airport.

Part of any wayfinding audit needs to include the connectivity with transportation services.
